Handling Eldercare Grievances

Humility and a spirit of cooperation are the two best qualities to exhibit when you are determined to right a wrong done to your loved one. Sometimes care doesn’t match our expectations and it’s normal to feel angry even entitled. But going in to confront caregivers with a spirit of entitlement will only slow down the process.

Though something like this may elicit a lot of emotions, emotional states are not the way to handle these situations. Matter of factness is generally more productive. Now that doesn’t mean you need to be cold and uncaring. It just means that you need to only talk about 3 things.
